Ongoing ‘Sohobiztube Presents’ Series offers Information to Help Growing Businesses Grow

MILWAUKEE (OCTOBER 6, 2008) — The first month of shows for Comet Branding Internet Radio are in the bag and what a month it was. The September line-up featured prominent national and local expert guests discussing Using Social Media to Build Brands; The Changing Role of PR as Media Evolves; Milwaukee’s Changing Climate for Marketing + PR; and Green, Sustainable and Conscientious Branding + PR. Our second month will kick off with a discussion with Peter Shankman who has been making waves with his no-fee, journalist query service, Help A Reporter Out, which has been going toe-to-toe with paid services such as ProfNet. Shankman will join us for a discussion on how PR pros can be a true resource to the media.

The Comet Branding Internet Radio Show is hosted by Al Krueger and it is dedicated to being a platform for the discussion of the progressive and evolving areas of branding and PR. The show can be listened to live each Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Central at [cometbranding.com]. Each show can be downloaded as a podcast after the live program ends at the same location.

In October the show will also revisit two discussions from last month that were very popular. Feedback was very strong for “Milwaukee’s Changing Climate for Marketing + PR,” as it was for “The Changing Role of Public Relations as Media Evolves.” At the end of the month, we will be talking Subaru with Regional Vice President of Subaru America, Mike Hafertepe. Subaru has a strong reputation for having passionate owners and success in leveraging non-traditional sports to grow their brand.
